$200 for a Memphis 16 PRD1000.1 sounds like pretty nice deal to me. They are a good company that's been around for awhile.

I've got 2 ST300's from around 2000 and they've been very good amps, never given me any trouble. I used the old ST1000d for a while but sold that to upgrade. I was happy with all the amps and for $200 that 1000d is a very good deal, I think I sold my old one for more than that locally when it was 3 years old. If the deal is legit and the amp fits your needs I'd snap it up.
