welllllllllll. it's about 3.6 cus @ 47-48Hz. armed with a board, a circular caw, a jib saw, 2 cans of caulk, some screws, few assorted other tools, and a 4hp. i made this ugly ****er :)had plenty of extra caulk i just used up the extra and spread it in place's with my fingers ::snare:drum:symbol::.....

pretty simple slot port with the port on the bottom, sub fireing up. i made the side panals a little longer so that there's be a lip sticking out that was used for a better grip when lifting and also for the ghetto fab amp rack to screw onto without those screws (only had the long ones for the box build) wouldnt go into the chamber. other than the extra caulk and lack of decorations i think it turned out alright.

peaks right around 50Hz, maybe a little higher, tomarrow im gonna start testing with a better tone disk which i lack right now, my old one was hella sracted and only one on me had it in 5Hz incriments. overall its definitly a little louder at its peak than the daily box box xould do, and the sub takes the burps very well for only haveing about an inch of clearance from the pole vent to the nearest panal (top of port). box will work great for bass race and short burps.

still love those lows in the daily box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

we redrew them close to conserve on wood but i was lazy and didnt snap a shot of that, but you still get the idea with this one.

building it was boring so i just snapped some shots when i was done.

double posted pic, eeehhh, fixed

went a lil crazy on teh caulk...but it works //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

negative, fortunitly im going to a little dB drag event in orlando sunday, ill have some numbers soon enough. im not expectign another amazing like 150dB or up......im guestimating it a 147 maybe 148 judging by the 144.7 my daily box did..

special thanks to justin @ teamsubgopoof, blowing shit up daily over there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif and snoopdan because he's the OG //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

yup, i used that exact handsome african fellow with the shinny teeth to make my cuts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif he as agood ole' chap, didnt scream too much as i used his grill to saw through the wood.

ya these things are right up there with MT's but in half the airspace....i forget if he used 1 or 2 of his visonik 4000d's for the exact test but his 4hp was louder than the 18 MT in half the airspace. it seem s like it has the potential to get alot louder, you guys are probly right about the port area, i can cover the pole vent any closer but i could probly cook up some ideas to increase the port area.

if i break 147dB on sunday ill be happy considering how little breathing room the pole piece has and not haveing enough port area...thought about how it sounds some more and im sure i'll have again if i play around with it and get some more port area

thats basicly what i did with mr jib here. did a jimmy spliff job too i might add.

so here's a thought........loose the slot port by taking the top (of the port) off and cutting a piece thatll plug that port hole...then maybe use areos since i cant make that port taller since the motor will bei n the way....if i did that how many, what size, and what direction to face them....?
