MECP school?

I am currently enrolled at NC State here in Raleigh, NC and im a freshman. I am thinking of making a change as I'm paying a ton of money and not enjoying it, or the whole university system for that matter. I want to get into mobile electronics and installation and I was curious to know if there were any schools in North Carolina or training for the MECP or anything of the like. If anyone knows any information they can pass along or if they have any suggestions on what I should as far as schooling/degrees/training or anything it would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm in the same boat. Looking for THE BEST School PERIOD. Mobile Dynamics and Installer Institute are the only two I'm considering and I've been doing months of research. Mobile Dynamics seems to be the winner, but II has the Fishman, and they don't get much better than that.

The things that really impress me about MD, is they are the ONLY accredited school, and they don't just focus on installing. From their literature, speaking to representatives, and browsing thewir site, they get more into detail on the actual science and business practices.

Experience? Ease of getting a GOOD PAYING job out of school? If YOU were an employer, would you hire someone who went to the school?
