Measuring Subwoofers

its a 10 by my guess. send it back and get what you want but be polite about it. they COULD deny it if your an asshat. just eb logical and they should work with you and apologize

 
I'm surprised... I just got off the phone with SD. They are sending me a label to ship the sub back free, and once they get it, they'll send me the new one express. Still sucks, but not *too* bad of a situation.
Oh yeah...SD's customer service kicks ***! Nothing but awesome experiences with them personally
