Mean Green Alternator

Hey i am thinking about buying a mean green alternator for a jeep grand cherokee. i was wondering how good they are and if they are easy to install and if thats gonna be a lot better than getting say 2 kinetik batteries. Are there any problems that come up when you upgrade to a high output alternator? Also, where are the best places to get them?
