yup, paypal claim is started. i bought them from someone on ebay. he is hard to get to reply back on messages too. took a while just to find out if he shipped them...then they showed up like this. i walked up to my porch and was like....WTF....there is no way there are 2 12's in that box...sure enough.

NO packaging at all..just 2 subs...on top of each other..... totally ruined the 1 obviously....

i can't go back on shipper company for this one...was USPS..........he didn't put anything in it....so really it ain't their fault...

just sucks...to see old school treated so badly.......

wont see a dime from paypal, sorry to say. Gonna have to deal with the shipping company, who is obviously gonna deny the claim. When they do you get to try and get somebody over the internet to own up to what they did, good luck

ya, i figure it is going to be hard with paypal........hoping he doesn't respond to claim...last time someone didn't i got my money back asap.......we will see.

i have a gut feeling he is going to be an *** to deal with...

and to think....he charged me $29 for shipping on auction....$11 of that being USPS charges...the other must be for my second package on it's with with a big o tub of vaseline....

That shits gay man. I love those subs. They probably didn't work in the first place or were already messed up and he sent it like that for the money and knowing that you wouldn't be able to make a paypal claim cuz I'm sure he has a tracking number which is all he needs.

Had two w3's sent to me face to face, with about 4 pieces of paper in the box. Surprisling only a slight riped surround and a messed up dust cap. Go stupid people! Good luck on your paypal claim.

haha, not to hard to find if someone was wanting to i assume. that good there.

well, i am hoping in some fashion between paypal and ebay claim i can get something back anyway. i should be covered by their protection claims whatever they call it. i took pics of the box and pics of what they looked like inside...probably have like 15 pics... we will see. its not like i am out 100's of dollars....its more of the principle behind it....
