MD42 vs. JL 300/4

How does the MD42 stack up against the JL? I can get both for about the same price. Opinions and reasons on which one I should get would be appreciated.

I got the JL 300/4v2 and it does wonders, it has plenty of clean power and many settings

Yea I got mine bridged for my comps. Sound great. Very flexible too. No personal experience on MD42.

I have my md42 running 4 rf 6.5" for mid/highs. the amp sounds great & very strong.

Thanks, I went with the MD42. Found one BNIB for $150. Pretty happy with that deal.
