MD Sound amps?

Anyone heard of MD Sound?I have a 1000/2 amp,on the website it says 200rms bridged how the hell is that 1000watts?It sounds alright but I think my subs could be much louder I have two 12" MTX with a rms 0f 225 each and I think this amp isn't doing them any justice,does this amp just **** balls?
