They filed for insolvency last September...are planning on coming out with a new line of products, called Third Acoustics. It's RF's problem, now that they own MB.

i dont doubt they did. There **** is so expensive. I bet the new like of product they come out with are going to cheap built,but cool looking. And price is going to be lower.
