mb quart PVI vs Diamond S400/S600

im lookin to get a 4" and a 6" component set, can i get some reviews on these, and with the diamond components should i go with silk or aluminum tweeters, and whats the difference?

from what I understand, al tweets will be a little more accurate but usually a bit brighter and can tire you out after awhile. Silk tweets are "smoother", perhaps not so crisp but offer a warmer tone - less contrast...

any good comps that come in 4in and 6 or 6-1/2in? id prefer that they match.. also been lookin into polk, not lookin to spend much more that 250-275 for a pair.
