MB Quart premium subwoofers

Have never used any Mb Quart equipment but hear it used to be good sq stuff from Germany and now its owned by Maxxsonics and is a little different. I'm really leaning toward the spl side a little more then sq for my install.

Is the power rating on these a little underrated with 500/1000 rms/peak? Its got a 3in voice coil, not saying that means much but I would hope it would take the 1000 a piece daily. Anyone used these and can share some info on if they take a beating and sound descent?

You do not want to use those for spl.

The older mb quarts could take 1kwrms but not all day. I doubt those could take 800.

not sure about that model but I have the older ones and love them. Great output and sq. I have one right now in 1.5 @ 34 with about 400rms and it gets loud off of that. Will be sealing both in 1.4 cubes feeding them 600-800rms a piece soon.
