MB Quart DSC4125 vs Kicker ZX650.4

I have 8 Polk Audio DB651's to run off one amp. Speakers rated at 60 watts RMS. Is the Kicker worth the extra money over the MB Quart($220 vs $132)? Could a person really notice any sound quality difference between the 2 amps?

i dont know about the 650.4 but my uncle bought a 350.4 and my 150 watt mtx blue thunder kills it and my poweracoustik ps2-820 kills it too. across the board in spl and sq. so i have kinda given up on kicker for clean loud highs. but i use a kicker zx750.1 for bass and it pounded out 146 db today at my local audio shop.

4125. My friend had a 650.4, we swapped in a 4125. More power cause we were running each channel at 2 ohms, cleaner power in my opinion, and the amp stays cool. The 650 starts getting really hot after a couple minutes.
