or

looking to power a set of Alpine SPR-17S plus 2 coaxial speakers

you should either look for a 2 channel amp that does around 250 rms per channel at 2 ohms OR a 4 channel that does around 120 rms per channel at 4 ohms. both of those amps seem a little weak for type r components. i run my type-s components on more power than that on a daily basis.
