mb quart dsc 2000.1

after talking with several people that know exactly what these amps do the consensus is that wired to .50 ohms before rise will yield at best 2700 rms with minimal rise //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
still **** impressive tho //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
WHO?? Who did you talk to?? Where is the proof??

Does anyone HAVE ACTUAL experience with wiring this amp to .5ohm (before rise) and running it daily, or have a link to someone who is??

I wanna try this amp, but only if it would be stable @ .5 on a daily basis

either way its all opinion unless you clamp it at 1 ohm reactive and see what it truly is.
they are definately under rated tommy got 1850 at 2 ohms after all rise that tells me 3k or **** close is a reality and it wont be dirty either not with the signal processor that is used in these amps.
god this guy doesnt give up even when hes proven wrong i call BS until there is some testing we dont have crap to prove its you pulling these retarded power claims with no info to support any of it except your mental "well my math" excuses.

the customer in my sig is running his at .5 i run mine at .5 several of the team run them at .5 if you dont have awesome electrical dont do it. it is not warrantied if you do. and while Maxxsonics will tell you it is rated at 1 ohm after rise at .5 you will see at least 1 ohm. they will also say that while they dont recommend it that it is done alot by many people as well.

awwwwwww butthurt? call them and talk to the engineer. it isnt recommended but it has been tested and their were no issues

ask Mike Hughes how low he runs his dsc amps //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif you would shit your pants //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

whats that noob? can u read?

that was posted near the same time i posted i had no problems with maxxsonics products but god they cant seem to find any stupider people to represent them lol
I do not represent Maxxsonics

I represent me only

so I appologize if I misunderstood you, but like i said use the search feature their are alot of threads on this already look for jmanpc he has a thread so does galacticmonkey and tommy

So no problems wiring this amp up to .5 ohm before box rise. Got two dual 2 ohm RE HCs I want to run on it at 2 ohms to start, and then drop it to half once the electrical gets upgraded.

So what should I DMM out at 2 ohms? 1600-1800rms?
