mb quart dsc 2000.1

im right here if he was getting 1850 after all rise at 2 ohm then 2700-3kw is not a stretch imo.
they are rated at 1kw at 2 ohm he was able to clamp 1850 thats 185% of rated //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I would disagree, but thats just my opinion.

Im done arguing. Your a 38 yr old man arguing with an 18 yr old. You own a business and i do this for a hobby. Just don't fill the new ones to this hobby with false information.

You have a theory, its not a fact. Until you prove it its going to be a theory.

The solution is so easy. Just show me any clamp test of the 2000.1 doing over 3k and ill eat my words. Until then STFU and stop false advertising.
Not to be a huge dickrider or to jusp into conversation but ever where i read i hear this, i think tommy would agree, and etc. so i pritty shure your huggin tommys nuts and your all up on his dick!

which is all i stated my opinion i said it wouldnt be a stretch seeing close to 3k at an actual .5 ohms.
Problem is, an ACTUAL .5 ohm would require a lower nominal ohm load or literally ZERO impedence rise.

Wiring below .5 ohm nominal is a very, VERY bad idea.

Zero impedence rise is never going to happen.

So in all reality, trying to get that amp to do 3kw would be an effort in futility.

Sure, I could get 4000 watts out of my zx2500 if I wire it to .125 ohms at 15 volts, but I'll also blow the thing up, that is if it doesn't go into protect first (which it probably would)

so .5 would have to be wired to .125 or even lower to actually see .5 after rise.

which in a real world application will never happen

lol tommy we posted pretty much the same shit at the same time. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

on a side note...i would rather have a mb quart over a audiopipe any day

haha, im not huggin anyones nuts. He had the amp and ik he has the knowledge so i asked him to chime in. Please explain how thats huggin his nuts?

Ding ding ding, winnar! As i was saying.

either way its all opinion unless you clamp it at 1 ohm reactive and see what it truly is.

they are definately under rated tommy got 1850 at 2 ohms after all rise that tells me 3k or **** close is a reality and it wont be dirty either not with the signal processor that is used in these amps.

You may want to post what you did in the other thread to clarify;)

after talking with several people that know exactly what these amps do the consensus is that wired to .50 ohms before rise will yield at best 2700 rms with minimal rise //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

still **** impressive tho //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Very impressive. I like it!
