MB Quart 1ohm no dim. US Amps MD2D 3ohms dim.

The data we have says:
1) The MBQ does NOT cause dimming and,

2) The M2D2 in the same system DOES cause dimming.

Period.

The M2D2 is pulling more current from the system. Next question?

Why is this so hard to understand?
So you're saying an amp with 120 amps of fuse is pulling more current than an amp that only uses a 70 amp fuse? So it isn't so....

No problem. I'm going to meet the guy who wrote it in an hour and a half. But did the explanation of current draw help shed light on what's going on between your two amps? The Quart just doesn't draw as much current as the Merlin, so doesn't affect your system as much.

Yes makes a lot more sense than anything I've ever read on these forums answered a lot of questions I had.
