Maybe upgrade to Fi Qs?

Right now i have 2 MTX 8512 in a ported box ~4.0 ft ^ 3 after speaker displacement @ 34 hz. I was thinking of upgrading to two 12 Fi Qs in the same box.

Do you think they'll sound good in that box, and which one do u think is gonna be louder?

Running them off an EVD-2200. 1000w@1 ohm. Probably get another one if i go with the FI route.

I have roughly the same internal volume and am tuned to 32 and they sound great. I think you will be a little louder than I am though with that tuning. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Go for it.

Go for the Q. but the Q loves big port and tuned low 30's.

the box is slot ported with 56 sq in (4 by 14)
