We make sonic booms everyday. You get used to them after a while. I showed some of our engineers the stuff we walk about here (not the piss in shower nonsence) and they are impressed that such thought/science/etc that goes into car audio. They do more aerospace engineering/testing/design.

It really is interesting tho, and for me its just hard to fathom a lot of whats being said in this thread but I understand what he meant by air pressure not allowing it to get any louder. Thanks

Ahh..I gotcha. I've seen some videos of those crazy multi-stage boxes that can make an 8 sound like a much much bigger sub. But still, maxing out a TL in the port?
