2 8" Rockford Fosgate 8" Punch XLC Subwoofers Like new LOOK @ PICS!

I just bought these bad boys here from the used stuff forum and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a hella cheap amp to be able to get the most out of them. I think they are rated 200 rms and 400 max...
