Max Dimensions for Gen 4 Taurus?

Does anyone know the max box dimensions for a '99-'07 Taurus? I'm planning on upgrading from 2 12s to 2 15s if possible. I have a 3/4" MDF trunk floor too. Amps can be mounted on the box or in the corners behind the wheel wells, that's not really a concern for me.

I've seen it done before but the box was a tight fit and I can't seem to get the guy to reply so I can get his box dimensions.

2 12s r plenty ..2 15 s arent gona work well in that trunk ..mock up a carboard box and tape it together ..thats the best way to find max

Doesnt always work that well depending on trunk opening..its good idea to use n get close the mock one up fron cardboard

If the box fits through the trunk opening but won't maneuver around to actually fit inside the trunk what's the use?

It should work fine, I've got a 5 foot by 4 foot area to work with, I just have to worry about the trunk opening and actually cramming it in there. As long as it fits and I have about 4-6 inches between the port and the back of the car I'll be good. Subs will be facing up

I wouldnt 2 12s is plenty if u kno what ur doin. plus no room for amps batteries etc..jus not a good idea
