Trust me this amp is very strong...I think the MATRXX company was based out of Fla. People in my area were buying this stuff up...they had good quality subs also

i'm sure its a strong amp, but i don't see 2400 watts happening. my jbl bp1200.1 has the same fusing and its been clamped at just under 1500
