Hello everybody!

This is my first time posting on caraudio forum so I am new here! I just had aquick question about compatibility between a pair of subs and an amp, and thought I would see what you guys thought.

I am currently starting to build a new system for my 01 Audi a6 sedan. I lean moderately towards sq, but ialsolike my subs to have some kick! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I saw a "package deal" advertised on Crutchfield. They are selling a Mono 900 watt rms kenwood amp, with two 50-400 watt rms kenwood subs. Here is the link:

Kenwood 900-watt Dual 12" Bass Package Package includes KAC-9105D amp, two KFC-W3012 12" subs, and Sound Ordnance enclosure at Crutchfield.com

I was just wondering what you guys thought about running the subs at 50 watts extra on each like this. It may be a stupid question, but I am relatively new to car audio so don't make fun of me :p haha. But obviously kenwood has rated the subs at no more than 400watts rms for a reason right? Let me know what you guys think, and what the consequences, sound quality, etc. would be like. Thanks in advance! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
