Massive Audio Dmx 15

Hey,

Has anyone had any first hand experience with these? Do they get rediculously loud, I was just looking at them on ebay and they look pretty crazy. I was thinking about doing SPL compitions would these be louder the FI BTLS, and Team rockfords? yea pretty much, my 8" (only 1) sound like about 5-6 dmx 15s

Probably one of the most unappreciated SPL subs in the world. Can take stupid amounts of power and abuse and keep on truckn. I dont know why americans havent caught onto these yet, a couple of the Euro guy's have done some awesome numbers with them in DB Drag Europe.

Dan...how would you classify these in regards to musical quality? Any well known subs they compare to in that catergory? I'm thinking about these for daily, no comps or anything, just 2 12"s or 15"s and 3000 real watts

Ya I was thinking about getting these because they are really loud I hear, I just wanted to know if anyone has heard them first hand.

They're in the same family as DD9515's, AQ HD15's, RE MT as far as SQ goes... I used my DMX for many SQ competitons and I just had to turn it way down. I mean its not an elegant SQ sub, its meant to get its hands dirty.

Well I dont exactly know what would dissapoint you, but they're great SPL subs that can take alot of abuse. Im still baffled why more people dont roll DMX's
