Bought them about a year ago, used for about six months or so, never abused, ran at rated power by an Xterminator 1600.2 Full disclosure: The rubber edge of one of the speakers began to come unglued to the mounting ring on one side, and I Gorilla Glued it back together. It did not affect performance of the driver in any way, and it now looks perfectly normal. Still includes everything everything that orginally came with it, aside from one mounting ring and the manual. (Box, speaker covers, mounting hardware, drivers, crossover, etc)
