All in all, though, Mark making himself unwelcome in more and more places because he is...well, the POS that he is...isn't something that should surprise us in the least.

He showed his true colors a loooong time ago. One thing that can be said about him is that apparently he is very consistent in his underhanded salesmanship.

Things might work a little different on whatever military installation you're posted on but in the civilian world things differ greatly.

I know for certain that in Louisiana if someone is in your house...entirely in your house, mind you, not just one foot and a leg through the door, you can shoot them on sight regardless of windows or not.

What could be the possible logic behind that?

If there's a window he could potentially jump out of it thereby no longer posing you any threat?

If that's it then that's just plain stupid.

Someone comes in my house and I find them? I'm not going to wait long enough to give him the chance to pick Door # 1, Door # 3, or coming at me.

I'm gonna drop him where he stands, period.

in florida, if you feel as though you are threatened, you are allowed to shoot on sight...your even allowed to shoot a person in your home in the back in a room full of windows and doors...as long as you were threatened or at least felt as though you were...
