I had that crap happen to me as well and lost $600 and they would not give me the money back. Some fraud crap. So i bought a credit card maching. F- paypal

I also deal with Cadence ( they havnt updated their dealer list since the Flintstones came out ) and also MMats. Actually doing my first order with Adire this coming Monday. Its gonna be just like Cadence too. Not many folks know about them so i have to actually use my salesman abilities LOL. Oh well, ill have 4 Tumults in a 67 VW bug SOON. So eveyone can hear them.

after sending dustin 13 e-mails in a 5 minute span he finally replied. he said he shipped them out today. i e-mailed ikesound customer service and this is the tracking # they gave me: 1zv8w6660351893701 through ups. so dustin lied to me when he said he shipped it out on the 19th.

i've bought from them before and never had problems. this is the first time i bought something from them, that was broke. all the other stuff i ordered from them was in great condition, worked fine, and received quickly.

mine had zero packaging. didn't even have foam or cardboard on the ends of the amp. also did yours come with a manual? the only thing in my package was a baggy full of terminals, and a receipt.

ups is faster then the post office. plus i caught dustin in a lie. it only took like 4 days to receive the amp from them, so i know there shipping times.

Dustin does not lie. The truth is the package was misrouted and it came back to us so we had to resend it. also you were emailing him continuously and he was trying to do the rest of his job. thanks

i never get any responses unless i spam them with e-mails and bug the shit out of them. it's sad that i have to wait 30 days to hook up an amp, and don't even get one apology, and they make me look like the ******* just because i want a properly functioning amp.

i also e-mailed them and asked them for an extra 30 days on my warranty, since 30 days of my warranty expired do to there shit.
