man ikesound sucks

i bought a viper 550.6 on september 6th. when it arrived there was zero packaging materials. well on of the terminals busted in pieces. call ikesound and they tell me to e-mail dustin. e-mail dustin get no response in 4 days. e-mail again threatening to take action and he finally replies in a snotty sort of way. he says on monday september 19th my terminals will be shipped out. on tuesday september 27th, i hadn't received anything. filed a claim with paypal, and they basically said i'm sol. it's now 22 days after purchase and i'm stuck with an amp i cannot use. this will be the last purchase i make at ikesound and i hope many others will do the same. this is only a $10 part for christ sakes. if they cannot get me a $10 part, i will be up shits creek if the amp is blown.

That is so gay. I am sorry to hear about that. That is why I am so skeptical of online retailers. I'll usually pay more to a local shop to avoid that kind of hassle. The only thing worse than having to wait for your new schwag is to have it arrive unusable. It has taken me 3 weeks to get the parts from Crutchfield to get my tuner to remember xm radio presets, but to their credit, their customer service/support is awesome albiet w/ slow shipping

Makes me want to go plug in the Viper 300.1 I just got from them refurb and make sure it even works..

I know how you feel bro. Had problems with them as well. I think you should file a claim on them with the BBB. Maybe they will get there shi t straight. I ordered alot of stuff from them and most of it came in weeks late and wrong product. So sent most of it back and canceled my order and told them you have the worst online service ever. IKESOUND does indeed **** MUCH A-S-S!

B4 i became a dealer of my own i delt with them when i was 16. they are horrible. Thats why you ALWAYS buy from an authorized person. If its to good to be true guess what,, it is. If you try to be a cheap @ss it will bite you their. I dont charge out the @ss BUT im authorized hehe

I had that crap happen to me as well and lost $600 and they would not give me the money back. Some fraud crap. So i bought a credit card maching. F- paypal
