Hmmm they all have jobs, so im not sure where you are going with that. Theyre fat, and I make fun of them for it. And? But get them on the ground and its easier to handle them......especially if they were in cuffs. They need their hands to get up, this guys hands were cuffed.

I give them the benfit of the doubt if maybe there was an actual threat, but if someone was handcuffed laying on the ground. Id just let his fat *** wiggle around, he really isnt going to go anywhere.

*******, as an EE, I ****ing hate this argument more than you can imagine. Yes, 50k volts by itself means nothing, BUT, even with a few milliamps of current, it will be quite deadly. Hell yes it does ****, but people need to realize that just because they know a police officer does NOT mean that they are all good people. A few days ago I was pulled over by a cop for speeding (which I knew I was) and he was amiable and kind, asked me how my day was, I joked with him that it was better before, blah blah, and he sent me on my way. Am I really supposed to put officers like the one who pulled me over and the guy in the story in the same basket?
