taser dont have effect on everybody. some people it doesnt affect maybe this was the case here. he got tased 3-4 times all yayoed out and the officer knew he was on blow kept tasing to get him to chill out and the dude kept fighting him. if i was trying to arrest someone that was known for using blow and resisting arrest i would tase the shit out of them too. then i would probably just shoot them. naucka got what he had coming.
