Ok so I bought 2 10'' SVC 4ohm subs (DAYTON AUDIO RSS265HO-4 10" REFERENCE HO SUBWOOFER 4 OHM) and a mono amp (MB Quart ONX1.1600D) and all I am trying to figure out is how to wire to a 2 ohm load. Ive been looking at diagrams all day since yesterday and at first I thought I wired one sub to the other then the other to the amp. Now I looked at my amp since it just came in and it has 2 sets of terminals to hook the subs up to. So do i just plug in each one to the terminals like normal or is there something special i need to do???

If that amp is a mono block, I would say the two sets of speaker terminals are internally paralleled.

that amp is 1 ohm stable, but since you have single 4 ohm voice coils on each sub you can only wire up to 8ohms or down to 2 ohms.

I would wire them in parallel (positice to positive and negative to negative) and then to the positive and negative on the amp for a final 2 ohm load. giving you ~1100rms.
