yeah, the training requires a lot more dedication than most are willing to do, biggest problem with pets is lazy owners with fat daughters

if you've talked to the neighbor and nothing has changed, just call the cops.

talking to the neighbor usually does the trick though. neighbor complained to my gf that her dogs were barking at night. she now brings them inside. problem solved, both parties are happy and can live next to each other without any problems.

the cops probably wont even show up....... ive called about loud barking dog who was left out side all night in a ****in nasty lightning storm and i called cause i had had enough and told them i thought the dog was being abused they didnt even bother to show up at all.... lazy ****ing pigs....
