you ever think of going over to your neighbors house and talking to the owners politely? that usualy works. if they still continue to bark w/o being attented to then you could start making phone calls.

2) Make some icing out of a can of icing and melted exlax

3) feed them to the dogs

4) grab some beer and a lawn chair

5) enjoy

It might only last a day or two, but it'll give ya some peace and quiet.
