what do you do, and how hard was it to start doing?

I was a system administrator (still am at day job) so I already had the server management skills meaning all I really needed was customers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Find something you are good at and put it into play, come up with something a little different than everyone else a 'niche'

I did what the OP did with referrals except I paid people to do my sites because you make more that way. Started around my junior year in HS, I made enough to never have a job in HS and will be gettin a $850 check in 2 months or so. I've always wanted to start a site but never had a good enough idea or the know how to really get one going.
