so I just got an apartment! rent will be $675 a month and our down payment was $700 so it cost us $25 shy of $1400...man it's expensive to get a place of your own!!!! Thank God I have a little bit of credit...

hahaha, no, my sis is living with ME!! she aint paying rent! her husband is and I am!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif I mean I have a place of my own outside of my family...(mom and dad) come and go as I please...oh, and pay rent, buy my own food, pay my electric, gas, laundary costs!, get to learn how much the thermostat makes my bills go up and all that great stuff....

You are not on your own. I doubt you will be able to have *** in the kitchen sink with your sister there. At least I wouldn't have *** in open areas with my sister around.

yeah it's cheap in comparison to what A LOT of people have to pay...we really got Blessed with this apartment...I'm just glad we found a place and got accepted...we turned in the application and fees this afternoon and like 2hrs later we were approved! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
