Making final decision - need your input

OK, I have been going back and forth for a few weeks on this and I want to do something in the next week or so. Give me your thoughts on either of these 3 setups if you have heard any of them - I would appreciate it.

2 fiQ12's - they would each get about 600 rms

1 Diamond D9 - it would get about 1200 rms

1 JBL WGTI15 - it would get about 1200 rms

I am looking for SQ that I can feel. I would most likely be running any of these set ups in a sealed box which I will build to fit unless anyone has any other thoughts on that. Subs will be paired with my Diamond Hexes which I am running active (200 rms mids / 50 rms tweets)

All of this is in a '86 BMW 325e 4 door. Thanks for your help!

With those choices I'd go with the JBL GTi's. I've auditioned plenty of cars with this setup and they have very excellent SQ that gets loud and clear on custom sealed boxes on a trunk cars.

As nice as the Q's are, and as raging as the Fi boner is here, they simply dont compete with a GTi. Fi doesn't produce a sub currently that can compete with a GTi in terms of SQL.

So basically our choices here are two different 15's with proper power, or a pair of 12's with inadequate power?

The GTi he said GTi15 so i assumed the other single sub option was a 15 also.

Sorry, I realize that I did not mention that. The Diamond is a 12". Thanks for the input so far guys, I appreciate the feedback. Keep it coming!

Well remove the Diamond from the choices then, it cant compete against a 15" Gti or a pair of 12" SE's.

id go with a 15" fi q in a ported box. it would sound nice and still get loud with 1200w

gti15 would be nice in sealed but wouldnt be as loud as the Q in a ported

i wouldnt go with 2 12's unless u have the power.

so IMO 1 15" fi Q in a custom ported box would be best. i think they like about 3.8 net cubic ft @ 35hz

Thanks you all for your thoughts. I am leaning towards the JBL though I like the diamond but I am worried about 1 12 given me the kick I am looking for. Anyone else have any thoughts?
