for the front and rear "beauty panels"
im trying to use carboard to make a template, then trace it on wood, and cut it out. need it to follow all the curves of the headliner, and side panels in the front and rear.
im just wondering if there is any tips for people that have done this. its hard as hell to make the cardbored templates...everytime i cut, then i test fit, and the gaps always come out too small or w/e, so i cut more, then theres a gap between the panel and the headliner.
any pointers?
ps- making a fiberglass mold of the side panels isnt an option.
