but you would have to take the wood ball out and that would mean the mold would be in two pieces.

How cool would that look using those floor spikes and a high gloss painted sphere.

That would be pimp! You could just glass up a big beach ball, let it dry, do a couple layers and glass on a ring with a square base around it on one side. Use the floor spikes and pound that shit mang!

Glass the ball ..build it up thick....carefully cut out a bottom section...a square section would be easiest...build a cube inside the opening ou cut leaving the top attaced top the opening...mount sub....drill lots of holes in hte section you cut out...replace using magnets (like meade's home build for chicken's house) ....Sphere with a woofer inside

you would have to make it in two sections and then fuse them together with more fiberglass

its gonna be a few cubic feet inside. probably about the size of a large beach ball. and the way i plan to build it would make the inside also round with except for the flat area for the sub to mount, the bottom to keep it from rolling unless i use some sort of legs to have it off the ground, the aero port and the wire hookups.

Use legs and downfire IMO.
