Making a component set using Pro audio?

Thats what I though, we both have 2 channels :/
Grab another 2 channel, or sell/trade and get a 4 channel. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Heck, I have 2 channels for sale lol. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/sneaky.gif.7189749b3a3f769e8815b47e8ae87f88.gif

Haha, Im fine with the 2 channel. Thanks for the insight. I may go active later, but for now I will run 2 or 3 way passive.

how much does one of those electronic doo-kickies cost? lol
$130 @ woofers, much less used. I've seen them for $45-80 shipped depending on condition, shipping distance, etc.

hey bumpin i had a question. would any problems arise if i use an 8 ohm mid, and a 4 ohm tweeter or a 4 ohm passive crossover? i know the mid wont get as much power, but other than that?????? and if i used 8 ohm mids, should i use an 8 ohm tweet? i think so.lol

If the X-over has separate, independent components for the mid and tweeter, I don't see an issue, though I've never given that any thought for passive.

Anyone else want to confirm or deny?

Passive crossovers are tuned to the speaker impedance. 8 ohms vs 4 ohms would be a 2:1 difference. Active crossovers of course don't care.
