its WHEYeat a lot of protein. peanut butter will be your friend if you want to gain some hella weight.
go make this its a protein bar
2 cups peanut butter
3-4 cups dry oat
some whey protein
and there is something else that goes in here too but cant remember
heat and mix and cut into 4-6 bars
