its WHEY

i dont know if anyone has mentioned it, but you should really just eat a shit load of food right before the weigh in.

lets be honest. eating a shit load of food and only getting like 3500 calories is only gonna get you 1 pound (not to mention you then have to loose that many calories by the end of the competition). you need to not think of this as gaining weight in calories, you need to think of this as gaining weight by stuffing your stomach full of crap and then shitting it all out later on...

in my opinion, just drink a shit load of water and not even eat any food. i mean, all food, even chewed up has air gaps in it. but drinking till your stomach is about to blow up guarantees you've used all the space in your stomach. that is unless you can find something denser than water.

besides, water will also just absorb into the body adding itself as water weight and make you weight that much more.

im no expert, im just pulling shit out of my *** but it seems like it would work.

a lot of people are giving some bad info in here... dont go for calories, or fat content, go for DENSITY. eat a lot of dense/heavy foods. and dont do it until right before you leave. in the mornings you will weigh the least, use your empty stomach and bulk up on very dense foods. there is absolutly nothing you can do to actually add weight over night, the best bet is to just stuff your stomach with as much weight as possible.

ok how about for breakfast i make a huge plate of french toast YUMMMM theeennnnn i grab some donuts on the way to work?

sry i know how to lose it but not an expert at putting it on.

i know im going to down some water before hand too.

Eat a lot of pasta, drink a lot of water.
Hell no! Im a pro at gaining weight, long story but I used to have competitions against myself on Thanksgiving. My first year's difference in morning weight and night weight was 10.5 lbs. Right after that I took a huge shit and pissed for forever.

Eat a bunch of scrambled eggs, potatoes, meats... 'Heavy/dense foods.' No breads, cookies, etc.

You should be constantly snacking even right now. Don't stop until you go to sleep. And about 1/2 hour before you weigh, drink (and snack more) either juice or water. Milk unless you're intolerant.

YES

how long do you cook it for? im gonna make some with what you said....
ingredients

2 cups of peanut butter.

16tsp of honey or add as much as you like

3 scoops of whey protein(i always add 4-5)

2 cups of dry oats

and if you like add some olive oil or flax for some extra calories

first heat the peanut butter and honey until its a little runny, then mix the other ingredients in and the pack it into a brownie tray and refrigerate until its hard enough to cut into bars

6 bars equal:

933 calories per bar //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Wear loose pants and ankle weights to the weigh in.

Don't take a shit.

Try to consume as much sodium as possible.

Eat a lot of starches tonight (right before bed if possible).
