theres about 5 employees at my job holding a bet to see who can lose the most weight in a month. There is money involved and i will not lose. i just need to fatten up for weighins tommorrow =D

3-4 cups dry oat

some weigh protein

and there is something else that goes in here too but cant remember

heat and mix and cut into 4-6 bars
