My friend and I havn't had much luck with Dodges and Mailboxes lately

A friend of mine's dad drives an 03 dodge, 4 door, much like mine

And a guy came out in the road was *****in at him and he almost got into a fight(in his own neighborhood! lol) and he was pissed so he goosed it from a standstill in a turn and

The hemi has plenty of power

he lost control, took out a mailbox and hit a tree

Coupla small dents, but it still sucks

I backed over a huge *** brick mail box in my 2 door tahoe, paid 400 bucks for a new fender flare, it was at a huge party with a million cars so luckily I didn't have to pay for the box.

i would def. check on the legallity of the mail box you hit. would be an easy case in small claims court if that mail box was illegal like you were saying.

You should see the mailbox I have at the house I grew up in. We burried a 6' or 8' section of this 8" diameter pipe that had walls about 1/4" thick (if I remember right). Only about 3.5ft is sticking out of the ground, and I don't want to think what would happen if you hit it going even 20mph.

I live just south of atlanta and I was being a jackass. Guy went to pass me, car was coming, brakes locked up(barely tapped the suckers!) and I had a bad day

They do make a non Supercharged SS Cobalt. I drove one yesterday(VERY short shifter too)

The SS Cobalt you're referring to is a 2.0l Supercharged, the one I drove is a 2.4l DOHC SS non-supercharged. 170hp out of it, if I'm not mistaken. Nice try though

Mailbox + Speed + Truck = crappy driver/cant handle a big truck/needs to re-attend driver school/needs to rethink why he actualy has a big truck like that (maybe lacking in other areas?)
