Jesus, the cost to get the Private license is about 6.5x when I was looking at lesson costs. Would have run me about $2,700 back in '94-95. That was with a private instructor, not a flight school.

I really wanted to fly choppers up untill I was about 16 and really started looking into it.

Now I work at a computer 9 hours a day doing furniture design and 3d modeling / animation.

Myth...You can wear glasses or have had laysic done as long as your eyes meet the medical minimum. I have 20/20 so I didnt pay attention when they stated what it was.
