They are decent...they will get fairly loud but dont have the sound quality of may other subs in that price range.

I would take the XL's over the iL's any day...better power handling and they are 4 ohm DVC, opposed to 6 ohm DVC.

Shiva is a 12"

Elemental K sounds good...
