I can get this amp for 275 shipped, used for about 2 months. Is this a good deal, would it be better than getting a power acoutik a3000db? Anyone with any experience with this amp?

I've had 4 running at once, and I could pretty much hear my electrical system saying f@#$ you. These amps will **** all the power you give them and still want more, figure on 300a at least each for normal driving. With that said, I wasn't able to harm mine ever, took .5 each daily, .25 for burps (Not reccommended), got hot but never went into protect, worked down to ~10v and were overall strong, bulletproof amps, just ate tons of power! But made a good amount too.

x2 on the electrical system these things love the power i had a 280 amp alt and 2 yellow tops with 2 of these amps (actually the 802sx's) but i eneded up needing 2 more yellow tops just to keep from dropping below 12v on burps...
