MA Audio 15” TELL ME

But have u ever heard of something like that?

I mean a cap really isnt just an audio component..

Im wondering what kind of rectifier id need to stop current from flowing backwards

^^^DC current only flows one way!!If it were to back feed you would blow all sort of shit!

I think you mis-understand it has nothing to do with flow. Its not like a water check valve where you can stop it from backing up.It is all in the supply. If you don't have the current to supply ALL the electrical, when the bass hits the amp usees the majority of the power which leaves a weak supply to feed the rest of the components.

A cap only works if you have a good supply and there is a SMALL spike. It acts as a resovoir and can dump its load instantly but it has to be able to recharge. If you don't have the power in the first place its like trying to fill a bucket with a bigg whole in it.Your just wasting money. But if you can supply more power than wait the demand is then the cap WILL function as it is supposed to.And your lights won't dim.

MA sucks, if they were "competition" subs dont you think someone would compete using them and place?

also if your sub is barely moving with 1800rms it must be "pounding" more like your amp is doing 5-600 rms good luck with these if you get them.
