is this a good amp to match up with a Dual 4 ohm Kicker L712" which is rated at 750 watts, i would have the sub running at 2Ohms into the amp

Not a bad amp, especially at that price. The i series amps from MA are their entry level line so there stripped as far as features. But for that price it's a steal. Much better than a Boss or Legacy at that price range.
