LPF, HPF, sub crossover questions

Here's my set-up in my truck:

Head unit - Pioneer FH-X820BS

Has both LPF and HPF settings

Door speakers - Pioneer TS-6885R

Frequency response 31Hz - 42kHz

Kicker Hideaway 11HS8 amplified sub

Frequency response 25-120

Crossover frequency 50-120Hz

The 4 door speakers are not amplified. I am just wondering what LPF, HPF settings would sound best for the door speakers and where to set the crossover frequency on the sub to get the best sound out of my entire system?

That's a very subjective question, everyone will have different answers. The best option is just play with them yourself and see what sounds best to you. To give you a head start I would set both of them around 100Hz and go from there. You don't want to create a 'dead zone' in the frequency response so keep both crossover points somewhat close. (For example if you set the low pass filter at 80Hz and the high pass at 120Hz you'll have little/no response in the 80-120Hz range.)

Also in case it wasn't obvious you want the door speakers to be set to High Pass and the subwoofer to be set to Low Pass.
