what is 0.67 ohms?

IF you are getting 0.67 ohms from a nominal impedance rating, then NO.

IF you are getting 0.67 ohms from a DCR rating, then yes as long as you have good electrical.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
