Low volume with ISimple ISVE61 Converter and Kenwood KDC-352U in 2000 Infiniti G20

I was supplied these two products:

Kenwood KDC-352U

ISimple ISVE61

The problem is the volume isn't as loud as they should be. Even with the converter tweaked to its max. Does anyone have any advice? Any other converters I should use? I was supplied these products by best buy.

Lots of other converters out there. Try audiocontrol, not sure it would be any louder tho.
