He only wants to spend $50 per sub.....and you recommend a $250 amp. You are obviously a salesman for a living..........

If you are on a very tight budget, look into amps by Profile, US Acoustics and JBL. You can pick up 600w amps for less than half of that PG. They'll all do atleast their rated power, and should last you as long as the subs do.

And if you do have $250 to spend on an amp; then I suggest you pick out higher quality subs and spend less on the amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Of the two, the amp will make the least noticeable difference.

I dont think 250 is that much for a brand new amp with a warranty. But yea I see where your coming from. I would get profile though, a budy of mine bought a profile amp, and had to return it twice in less than 2 weeks untill i recommened him to a xenon 400.1, and has been great since. lanzar vibe amps are pretty good budget amps though. you could probably find a used jbl bp 600.1 amp on ebay for really cheap.

cool thanks guys. I was also looking at alpine amps which are 350 wrms for around 140 shipped. and the profiles are 500 wrms and 120 shipped. I think i'm going to pick the alpine since it a bit higher qality amp than the profile. dose that sound good? How are mtx amps?

First of all what is your budget? You might be able to get better subs that what you listed if you let us know your $$ situation. There are a few nice brands that offer great entry level subs that will knock your pants off for little or no $$ at all!

Since your on a budget, I suggest getting a profile amp, they are hard to beat for dollar per watt. I have one, and it has never given me any problems whatsoever.

The infinitys really cant be beat for the money. 50 bucs? Stick with them, they are great entry level subs, with good quality.

pioneer 305dc subs, profile refurb amp from profileusa.com (like 80 bucks)..........

The infinitys have better sq then pioneers, but the pioneers are a pretty good choice as well for a similar price.
